Yes, there are at least two.

The Vancouver Numismatic Society meets at 7:30 pm on the first Thursday of every month in room 232E at the Kerrisdale Community Centre. Our January meeting is this Thursday.

The North Shore Numismatic Society meets at the Bonsor Community Centre near Metrotown in Burnaby. They have a website:

Don't know if there are any south of the river.
