value: good !
but the half looks like it needs a little conservation,
I suggest that you search the CCF archives: there have been numerous previous threads on "green disease", "Coin cancer", and oxidation.

I love the NZ Pennies and Half Pennies! The Tui on the reverse of the penny is a great sounding bird.

From NZ premier catalog(2012) 1946 Penny( mintage 6,720,000) in Uncirc = NZ$70.00 (EF= NZ$18) 1940 half penny ( assessed,IMHO, as fine due the coin cancer) NZ$3.00. Even with the half Penny you have made a profit on paper.
