My gut tells me it has the barest hint of circulation. I may be wrong.

Hard to really say for sure based on the photos.

It appears to be in plastic. Is it a TPG slab?

I took a couple more pictures. I hope these are better. It looks like the flash may have washed out the picture some. I took these at a slight angle to hopefully avoid the washout.

The coin is not slabbed, but it is in a 2x2 holder.

Thanks for all your help so far. I'm trying to decide between AU and MS. If it is MS, it's hard for me to decide which grade on my own.

MS 62 looks like it is lacking in the cartwheel department, so definitely no higher
