Wow, nice off-center broadstrike. I bet it's a little bit bigger diameter than a normal dime, which is probably why it ended up sorted into a cent roll. Unfortunately, its odd dimensions are probably also the cause of the counting machine damage on the obverse.

Very nice find. It's hard to find errors after 2003 because the mint improved the way they detect errors so they don't get out as much.
