Picked this coin up last year and put it in my Dansco and wanted to show how fast it toned. The coin was replaced with another 68S a month ago. Any input would be appreciated Thanks Jan2012  July2012  Oct2012 Lincoln looks so chill in this pic with the sun in his face.  Jan2013  Edited by daniels

i know that but what is funny is I have the entire decade 59-69 all proofs besides 65-67 are sms and that's the only coin that did that. It doesn't bother me I love that coin it looks awesome. Found another pic from a few months ago of the same coin amazing color it shows. Ill post it in a few

I know it takes coins a long time for this to happen I'm just amazed how fast it happened maybe its the air in Alaska lol. I put another one up and the best thing is I was only able to get colors of the coin from my cell phone camera. Glad y'all enjoyed

If only one coin toned out of all of them in the album, I think that there was something related to that specific coin that made it tone, not the album. Perhaps it was treated with something or came into contact with something in the environment prior to going into the album.

it could have cause when I put that in the album I was in the process of filling holes on that page. Opening and closing the cover could have caused it still my favorite toned Lincoln.
