If any of you ever make it to Moncton New Brunswick, The Coin Cabinet has opened a brand new store at the corner of Main an Weldon Street's, Moncton.
It has 5x times the square footage of the former location and twice the staff as well as three times the inventory!
It is owned and run by Brian Bell with manager, Mike Wilson and has Paper Money as well as R.C.M./Canadian business strikes for sale/trade!
I was in there today and totally blown away. The new location they have is the former Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce whick gives them the access to the former safe left at the location!
I feel proud to have such a Classy coin Dealer in my Hometown!

Brian is a great guy - I have personally known him for almost 9 years now, and have nothing but good words to describe him as a dealer. The auction house he runs with his father, is the ONLY Canadian auction company I would ever consign my coins to. They got rid of their other store in St. John, to consolidate to this new store in Moncton.

Great info Glenn.

I have a HS reunion in town this summer(actually across the river) so now I have another excuse to visit the hub city.

The Coin Cabinet have an ebay store for those looking for on line sales.

I just went to their ebay store, wasn't really impressed with their 'feedback' and, their prices seem quite high also.

I was in for the first time over the holidays, but they were in transition between the two locations. The new store sounds great, and having a working bank vault is a nice perk!

My experience with them has been via ebay.

I purchased a 1946 Design is 6 AU55, (ICCS) priced high enough to be concerned about it. They have a no return policy.

When the coin came it was not a design in 6, rather just a small plug in 6.

Called and talked to Mike, he said :send it back!

So I off it went, they refunded the purchase, I left positive feedback.

I consider that good service, and feel ok purchasing from there.

I think it's extremely important that in this business ; quality of service is as important as coin quality.
