I believe this to be a chipped broken die. If you look closely at the 5 one looks like it has a drop of solder in it for lack of a better analogy. Looking for verification.

Can't see anything with that picture,but it does sound like a die chip.

That would be a die chip, very common on wheaties. A broken die is an entirely different critter, much rarer and much more dramatic in appearance.
