Ok I have been looking at this thing for 1/2 hour. The dime seems to be light all over then the MM is not. It looks to be added after the fact. I know its not I just dont understand it. I have not tried to clean it or anything, this is what it looked like out of the roll. I know it can not be a rpm due to its year so?
Just looking for your thoughts on it.

Did you check for the double ear variety? If it is,it's very noticeable.
