To start with the coin in your pictures is not upright. The photo at the bottom is the mint and issuing authority and should be rotated 90 degrees to the left. The figure at the bottom should be at the right side. It stands for the Hu-pu Board of Revenue. The curly figure should stand upright on the left side and means Boo-Clowan (Peiking).

The denomination is the Cash which is 1/100th of a Dollar (Yuan) it is the coin of the common man and was cast. They are Ultra common in general but the fun (for folks like me that can not read them) is to figure out exactly which of the hundreds of types they are. I think Bacchus2 must read Chinese.

The top picture is the Obverse side and should be rotated 90 degrees to the right so that the Z shaped figure is at the top. The top and bottom figures then refer to the Emperor and the two at the sides the dynasty.

Pretty simple as far as the piece parts but lots of work hunting up. It is the C#1-1 - and has a value of roughly $1.

the most part of the sentence is right, but "dynasty" is wrong .in fact, the words of the top picture ,its means "the coin is issued by the qianlong emperor."

It is C# 1-1 (Krause uses the older Craig numbers)
