Hello all,
I got this in a box of stuff at an estate sale, on one side is a nicely detailed pioneer wagon with the words "The Pioneers" and on the other side it says "Ann Arbor High School 1856-100 years of progress-1956", it measures 2 3/8" round by 3/16" thick. I googled it and someone in Michigan had one for sale for $200 and claims it is bronze, well that got my attention, maybe only a few were given out? Anyway I have not been able to find out anything about it, any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

Hi,

High school stuff has never done well unless it's gold, silver, very early American or has some type of provenance (my opinion). Does the medal have a maker mark around the outer rim? It may be a Medallic Art medal.
