I've been buying more slabbed coins of late....No real reason but,, Going that direction...Recently bought a 1955d Rosie dime....NGC-MS66...Their price guide shows 25$ and the PCGS guide shows the same coin at $12.....Does anyone have a clue as to the large spread in value? must be missing something?

One might be updated more than the other or NGC may be trying to create a greater perceived value?

Those numbers are what they choose to put there, and don't necessarily relate to any reality you and I can perceive.

Do you think population may play a factor?

Thank You Ssuper Ddave,, and guys.....It's likely their opinion and perception of the market.....Their pop. is likely to affect the numbers also....I'm happy and still collecting......BR
