Looks good to me. Looks very real. I'm not very experienced with Canadian nickels but Ill say Vf 35

There is significant wear to the obverse. When grading these KGV coins its important to look to the base of the crown on the obverse. There are 3 diamonds and 8 pearls on a fully stuck, uncirculated coin. Your coin has only 4 full pearls and the centre diamond is almost non existent. I would grade it around the F-12 mark 15 at the very best.
Although it is worn it doesn't have any significant damage or detracting marks and is quite nice.

You can't just go by the crown on these. Most of them were weakly struck and the jewels weren't complete when new.
