And where is the best place to get new 2013 penny rolls as soon as they are released? All the Wellsfargos in my area do not order new coins. Thank you.

The new cent is being made because the proof set is scheduled to go on sale 3/28, but it doesn't show the cent availability in the Mint's production schedule.  |

It is probably a bit early, but I would like to know when the 1st 2013 penny is spotted in circulation. It was about March or April before the 2012's showed up here locally.
