Google Skid Mark Safe. Why buy a fake though when you've got the real thing?

Unless you are sealing that back up with poured concrete, it looks too easy to steal.

Check List For Skid Mark Safe:
1. Clean Underwear 2. Potato Chips Cooked In Olestra 3. 1 Wendy's Frosty 4. Small Amount Of Time To Wait For Oily Flatulence/Discharge.
On a serious note. If that's your garage floor, that would be a great start for installing a drop safe. Those are very hard to get into and easy to conceal.

I have a really nice old school floor safe, its just not installed or anything.
Those holes are useless though, what can you put over the top to make it look inconspicuous? Maybe like a shelf unit over the top of it, but even then that is a pain in the butt to move just to get to you stack.

Make sure you turn off the GPS tagging on your camera.

Yeah, my picture days are probably done with after a member showed me exactly where I was via that GPS BS.

@tbk---Wow! Sorry to hear that! You've always been a mainstay source of a lot of the juiciest CCF stash pix. Nonetheless---this is a good object lesson to all. Geotagging cameras, geotagging cellphone cameras and all the rest of that Big Brother crap are all over all of us worse than white on rice, and there is no such thing as too cautious. None of us are under the radar or hard to find. @joe2007 ---Those security storage ideas in that website from the link you posted are absolutely great! We all owe you many thanks for the wealth of super ideas that one gives rise to!

Personally, I reckon the old hole in the ground is alright if its not being looked for but, if you really want to go the full monty, a hole in the wall behind a painting is the way to go. Or even behind a poster - who's going to move that? Andy Defresne can do it, you can do it.

Wow. That looks like a lot of work. Will someone involved with your estate know about it?
Are those ammo boxes that I need to look for?

@haroldS---Yes. Those are what you seek. Go to Amazon.com and search "military surplus ammo can" and you'll get the whole family photo album of ammo boxes. I like the 50 cal and 30 cal sizes best. Some of the others get a bit too big (and too heavy when loaded up) for PM storage. Happy shopping.
