are those both pictures of the same "coin"? if so, its a silver round or bullion made by a private company

Yes, same coin. I picked it up in Thailand with another coin that is a 'fantasy' coin... I am starting to think this too is a private 'fantasy.' I was in a very remote village area and saw it on a table during a market stroll..
