don't google ICCS as you wont find anything. if you decided to send the coin into ICCS call 1 (416) 488 8620 and request forms to fill out and send in with the coin(s) CCCS http://www.canadiancoincertification.com/

I think I am going to go with CCCS, primarily because they (a) have a website and (b) post their rates online/up front.

ICCS will not recognize or comment on that variety - so that leaves you only with CCCS.

there is a lot of wear on the fur so it is not MS-60, more like EF40 but hard to tell with these pics
