The coin is upside down and needs to be rotated 180 degrees.

As best I can tell the inscription is hong wu tong bao (洪武e€šå¯¶).

The coin is poorly cast and the top (first) character is difficult to make out.

If you compare your coin to these two hong wu tong bao coins, I think you will see that it is the same inscription.
