what appears to be damage is or was caused by the stretching of the metal..It is not scratched .On very close inspection it is clear that it was caused by the minting and not PMD

well jake I got it for a good price based on all the ones I've seen.. and it came from the same guy as the loonie...His parents had a general store for many years and anything odd was put away....
