The cheek is pretty clean, but the fields have a lot of contact marks.

MS-63. I wouldn't be surprised to see an MS-64 slab though.

My first thought was 63. There is a lot of light on the coin though and it could go up or down a point real easy. The strike is excellent for an "O" mint Morgan.

As already mentioned - an excellent strike for a New Orleans Morgan. MS63 looks correct for this one.
