I think that the marks around the stem and leaf are deteriorated dies doubling, not clashes. Saying that, I don't have one like it and I wish I did. Nice find, eddio!
Yes, I agree with deteriorated die doubling. A clash is a mark that is the image of it's equivalent on the other side. In 1973, there are some coins with a die clash mark joining the 1 from 1 cent to the leaf, it corresponds to the forehead of the queen. There might be other marks existing, but that one's the only one I know so far.
