Looks like an extreme case of Machine Doubling. If it is MD, then it might only be worth a small premium. I know that extreme MDs can go for big bucks sometimes.

Really I had no clue. coinsandcanada.com only has a double 6 nothing else

I have gone through a ton of 1976 BU rolls and even a $60 mint bag - I have NEVER seen doubling effect like that... the value is probably something like $20, which is a considerable jump up from a normal coin that grade (2.5 cents worth of copper).

Looks like Die Deterioration, the doubling is more than a single direction...
