The coin Bing cites is Rome mint. This coin is from Laodicea and thus a different attribution. Martin

Hint. On 99% of the IVLIA AVGVSTA coins from Laodicea there is a loop on the shoulder which shows clearly on Martin's coin. Rarely it is a solid button. I think I see it on the OP but the photo is fuzzy. Rome coins don't have it.

Even without the loop the style of the coin in the OP is clearly eastern.
