Incuse coins are often graded by the fields which are the highest relief surfaces on this type of coin.
Your coin looks AU+ to me. AU55 if pinned down to a number. The luster appears subdued with slight friction apparent. The surfaces look good with minimal contact marks. It is a nice coin that falls a bit short of MS IMHO.
I find incuse designs are the hardest to grade, for sure from a photo, this is the type of coin one really needs to be able to turn and pivot under a light to look for the slight rub areas and broken luster that can't show up from a static photo alone.
From this single photo I could go from AU53 to MS64.
