Oh thats too bad...I had shipped out 5 that night and I randomly stuck the extra 2 into one album for someone. Dont know where it ended up, but thought it would be nice to add a little extra as a surprise.
Those other dates are are really hard to find roll searching and the 20's that arent there are on the expensive side. I dont have them all for my album yet either. I figured while I'm doing all this roll searching by hand, that I would pull the best I can find for each year and put albums together and preserve a little bit of Canadian history while I had a chance. Also, be nice that once I sell them all I can put together the set from 1858 to 1920 large cent. Not sure if its cheaper to just buy the set or go after them myself. Maybe someone else might know the answer to that question.
I really appreciated your feedback by the way. It made me feel good knowing someone started their collecting hobby with one of my sets. It is too bad that you never mentioned CCF when you purchased, because although each year in each album that I sell, the grades are about the same....I have found th odd penny for some years that stand out above the rest. I totally whould have taken those out of my personal stash and added them into yours. Have you thought of grabbing a dfew boxes of pennies from the bank before the stop handing them out on friday to look through with the kids?
