2008 Nickel, Error Or PMD? - Coin Community Forum

Jard New Member Canada 16 Posts	Posted 01/25/2013 2:59 pm I have a Nickel that I believe is an error coin. I got the links and images all figured out It seems as if the letters "ET" in "ELIZABETH" are almost missing altogether. You see this error once in a while in the post-2000 5c, though not as often before that. Because you have 2 letters in a row that are so completely gone it's more attractive to those who collect this type of variety, so it might be worth a dollar or 2. Not a terribly grand amount, but not a bad return if you picked it up in change. Good eye for finding it! Report this Post to the Staff
