This is another one that I'm having trouble Identifying. I thought it was Ottoman, but it looks like it might be Indian any help will be greatly appreciated! Thank you

Not Hyderabad. It's Turkish (The toughra is a giveaway).

No - Sap has it right - It's the Indian state of Hyderabad which also used this motif.
