It looks real from what I can see. The reverse shows Jupiter holding Victory and a staff, eagle at his feat, IOVI CONSERVATOR (Jupiter the Conserver). The SMN in the exerge at the bottom means makes this coin a Nicomedia mint. I cannot figure out who is on the obverse? Late roman for sure near the time of Diocletian. I tried to doctor your pic hear:

A better pic of the obverse would help. Also the letters obscured by gunk at the top is where the emperors name is:) Try soaking your coin distilled water and run your finger over the area (or a toothbrush) to see if you can see the letters better.

I think the obverse legend ends ...NTINVSPFAVG which would make it Constantine the Great.
It's kind of confusing; a site I consulted said this type was only minted with that legend in Thessalonica, but the mintmark looks like SMM or SMN which couldn't really be that.
Maybe I mistook something; maybe it's fake (unlikely as it doesn't appear to be any uncommon). Weird either way.

UPDATE:
Well of course... it's SMN, Cyzicus, and still Constantine the Great. I kind of miscounted how long the legend is makes sense now why I couldn't match the letters after IMP with Constantine's name: they were CFLVAL in the first place!

I see GAL VAL as part of the obverse legend, so I'm going with Galerius.

Update: ...but that was a hasty decision based on being too lazy to look through the blur. january1may is obviously right.

Count the letters. The legend obviously starts IMP..., so in your interpretation it would have to start IMP GAL VAL, which doesn't appear to be possible (it should've been IMP C GAL VAL, but there's no second C).
Im my interpretation, it would be IMP C FL VAL [CONSTA]NTINVS PF AVG, which matches the visible legend perfectly.

(And if it did have the second C, the final letters would've suggested Maximinus II and not Galerius. But that's beside the point.)
