Nope! Not that! I already have a 6.9 litre Mercedes if I want to go for performance.
With the car I am currently considering, there are only 4 in the whole of Australia, although nearly half a million were built in one body style.

I once had a Californian Moke with the 13 inch wheels and the clubman engine in it. Bloody fun car and went like the clappers  ,loved it except when it rained and the it all turned to mush  |

Is it too late to wish our Australian friends a "Happy Australia" day? Enjoy your warm weather and cold beer.. cause it's -19 wind chill here today..   |

Austin Maxi. Has seats that lay down flat for a full camping body.
Way back in 1970, as a tourist, I bought one new. Kept it for two years, and not a single thing went wrong with it.
Drove around Europe for six weeks, slept in it, and paid zero accommodation costs.
I plan on doing the same again, with shorter holiday trips.

Sel, sounds excellent! I love the reliability of some of the older cars. (My pride and joy is an XD 4.9 Fairmont Wagon not that it's too old, 34 this year).
Had a BMC Clubman (1100) back in the early 80s, loved it and it never let me down. Had great plans to make it a full race 1275 bored to 1310. I used to drool over the Karcraft price lists as they sold full competition parts.
Anyhow, better get back to the coins ...... reminiscing.
