Can anyone please educate me about the whole "seals" topic on banknotes. What is more valuable? Also "Federal Reserve Notes" and "Currency notes"

Thanks a lot,
Ammar

@John1

Collectors have it so easy today with the Internet.

In our day we had to either go to the Library (I know I did back in the mid '60's) or buy the books (I didn't know about Coin World back then) to learn.

One of the first books I loaned from the Library back then was Grover C. Criswell, Jr.'s "North American Currency", and a few years before he died I was able to purchase a "used" edition signed by him that welcomed me in collecting Obsolete Currency.

I don't remember the price for the book but know it was a good deal as I purchased quite a bit of his Broken-Bank and Southern Currency from his sales catalog so long ago.

Researching is half the fun of coin collecting! There always something new to learn or some thing old that you didnt know.
