Hi Folks
Was going through some things that I had accumulated when I was younger. Came across these one dollar notes. Forgot why I had saved them. Then I noticed the bottom left serial number the last number which should be a zero resembles a c on all three notes. Just curious what may have caused this (obstruction?). I did check with 3 different powered Lupe's and there is no sign of anything used to alter the notes IE white out. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Disregard. Took some photo's with a lupe and then enlarged them. Definitely white out.

Too bad. Whoever did that bit of mischief did a pretty good job.

That's funny.

When I was younger, I used to take a black marker and color in all the letters of FEDERAL RESERVE NOTES except - D E V O. If you get one of those, sorry.
