My guess would be AU-50. Very attractive coin!

VF35 guess I'm seeing a touch more wear than others so far.

Given the execrable strike quality one might expect from these, I'm leaning towards low AU myself.

Looks EF-45 to AU-50 to me. The toning is heavy and apparently original.

I will have to say XF45. Still alot of detail, I wouldn't be surprised to see AU. I love the patina.

Well, Here it is. I think ANACS over-graded this one a bit so that's why I wanted to get the opinions from the coin community. There is some nice underlying luster hidden in the toning that you can't tell from the pics. The price was right and those 1876 20C pieces are difficult to find in any grade so I jumped on it. I think the 76's are harder to find than the 1875-CC's but the price for the latter is much higher.
