I think you should add a reverse pic .

If not for all of the scratches beneath the chin, I'd say that this is a AU obverse.

With em', I think I'll stick to XF.

I really like this coin, obverse looks real nice. Wish it had less scratches on it.

Obverse look VF to me, although it's close to EF.

Scratches bother me too , takes away from what otherwise would be fabulous coin!

Yes, the scratches certainty hold this coin back a grade. I paid $6 for it, so I didn't get waxed
