Hello everyone,
I just got my first Montana State Quarter from circulation. Seems they are not as available as the early years' quarters. Now I see that the mint site says Washington is in circulation. Anyone get one yet?

Not yet, but I saw a dealer in Coin World that had them already. But I'll never buy off them. I'll just go to the bank.

I've seen a couple specimens of the later editions, but around here we are still waiting for West Virginia to show up. And eagerly waiting to see what these new Westward Journey nickels look like.

For my kids State Quarter and westward journal collection, I used to go the break room with a coin machine to exchange $1 and $5 dollar bills for quarter and nickle. The machine is more friendly than the bank tellers. Once a while, I got Canadian nickle, dime and quarter, too. Then I used them when I shopped, where sometime I got the strange look from cashiers.
