hesgut Pillar of the Community 1028 Posts	Posted 01/30/2013 02:10 am This coin was not painted black, it was not cleaned....I've seen many buffalos that have looked like this before. Everyone is undergrading it simply because it looks ugly. Full date, LIBERTY separated, reverse motto separated (but 2 letters), 50%-2/3 horn. I believe this is actually an F-12. I wouldn't be upset at VG-10, but anything VG-8 or lower, it simply has too much detail for that. Now, it's net grade is certainly lower because nobody wants a buffalo that dark with those surfaces, but still. Report this Post to the Staff
