MS64 to me, looks like a bit of a weak strike.

with MS 64. The series is well known for its weak strikes.

Weak strike, but there's hardly a mark on it, not even planchet roughness. Easy MS66, maybe MS67.

MS 63. There is a mark on the buffalo leg. The strike is typically weak.
