I got these in a roll of Canadian dimes years and years ago. I've held onto them ever since. The only thing I can make out on them is the number 98. They're all the same.
Any help identifying them (Country, Denomiation, Year) would be appreciated. Thank you. (I tossed the Canada 10 cents in there for comparison purposes)
They are from Bangladesh. The figures resembling "98" are part of the date, but not equivalent to the numerals 9 and 8; these are Bengali numerals; the date on them is actually "1974", which is the AD date. The two large figures at the bottom of the "food" side are the numerals "25"; this is a 25 poisha. WorldCoinGallery example.
