With this picture, I would say no. It looks like the lines are blended by the crack.

I think the weakness on the left of the crack, top group of lines, bottom line,
kicks it out of FBL

With NGC I say that it doesn't make it because they look at both top and bottom lines. PCGS... maybe. PCGS does not look at the top set of lines.

What year and mint is your Franklin?
