Can I buy products online at the RCM website using a debit card that has the visa logo on it and can be used as such with the RCM? Or does it have to actually be a credit card? I have never tried it. Since I don't have an actual credit card I can only purchase coins from the PO.

You should be fine with a debit card. I've never bought from RCM but have had no issues elsewhere.

Try it, let us know if it works. Or give them a call.

I have a Visa Debit card from TD.
A few months ago, I tried it and it didn't work.
When I phoned the mint about it, they said that they weren't set up to accept those cards, yet.
It's worth trying though, in case they now have that capability.

I don't think that these work because there needs to be a drop down box stating "visa debit" as opposed to "visa", "mastercard", etc.
