I found this nickel this morning. I can see two faces, one in the reverse. I do not know what this kind of error is or it's value. I would appreciate some help.

Double struck on complete planchet? Probably wrong, but screamin' neat! Wait, is that glue I see?

Acetone would make quick work of it and tell you real fast if it's glue.

Very interesting coin. I have never seen anything like it. I agree it looks to be double struck and a reverse image. Is it possible that one stike was from a previous struck nickel that stayed stuck to the reverse die for one striking and then the obverse was struck again with the normal obverse die?

It may be a little glue there. The words IN GOD are revesed and struck into the coin.
Any idea of a value? I will hit it with the acetone and see.

Ok mystery solved. It was a really hard enamal that I didn't pick up. I looked at it closely with a 20x loop and then hit it with the acetone. I peeled it off and found a normal nickel. Darn.
So close but yet so far. Sorry guys I guess I got a little too excited. Next time.
