For my first coin related post I'd like to share this 2004-2005-2006 Canadian "Uni-face Reverse" I got with my change about 6 years back. Still unable to determine the year by what I have but any kind of comments are welcome. Sorry about picture quality.

The way it was explained to me was that if it's genuine another
planchet was laying in the striking chamber when this coin
was struck - so the other coin will have a uni-face obverse.
I had sent in scans to a Mr.Weinburg and other than it possibly being machined off
that's what he said it was. Is a capped die strike the same thing? Thanks for the feedback!

If it's genuine

there are genuine cap strikes just like the one pictured, whats rare is to get both the tail and head, dimes are around 50 to 100.00 at coin shows.

I'd love to have the other side to this coin! It's one of the nicest mistakes I've found.
Thanks guys

I wish I had that coin in hand to view it!
Looks like a very late stage Brockage dime!
Nice Find!
