In light of recent revelations it looks like Sycamore Anthracnose.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...

I was looking at a local coin dealer.
It was labelled 1947 M.L. UNC.62 for $8.00
Blunt 7 was wrote on it and the price changed to $5.50

The two large die chips I could see from just taking the coin in hand to look.
The clash I noticed looking at the date.
