Bought sight unseen as a BU coin. With my limited experience I'm calling it a MS-63. I think the water spots(?) on the cheek & to the left of Liberty limit the grade.

I personally would have likes a more streight-on shot of the coin...but as much as I was able to determine, it would be lucky to be graded as high as MS anything. Too many rub marks to get this grade!

Here's a straight-on shot, best I can do. In hand the coin has a nice even "frost" throughout, except for the spot in the hair that appears dark in the photo. Under 10x magnification the dark spot is a bright silver color.

I believe the coin is MS just not very high ,,MS-62 the scratches, spots on the obverse and rim hit on the reverse as well as the general weakness of the strike on both obverse and reverse keep the coin from going higher.
