In hand the coin has a nice even "frost" throughout, except for the spot in the hair that appears dark in the photo. Metalman Pillar of the Community United States 7123 Posts	Posted 05/06/2007 02:43 am I believe the coin is MS just not very high ,,MS-62 the scratches,spots on the obverse and rim hit on the reverse as well as the general weakness of the strike on both obverse and reverse keep the coin from going higher.
