Do the shipping dates on the mint website correspond to the shipping dates of Canada Post?

I've generally got my orders from Canada post sooner than the Mint.

I just followed up with the shipping number (on the order tracking at mint.ca) and confirmed it on Canadapost.ca that my parcel should arrive today. So, despite previous shipping issues, it appears the mint is catching up on their 'order tracking'. With delivery expected today, Feb 7th, I'll report back if it actually does arrive. It's current status at Canadapost.ca is "out for delivery!" yeah!! |

where is the tracking # provided by the mint? I have items sent to me via xpress...but I don't see any tracking number.

I think if you order online then you will get a shipping notice with a tracking #, but if you order through the phone channel then you won't get anything to know when its been shipped.... at least that has been my experience!

I order online website. It gave me a shipping notice...but I can't track it...and was sent via express. It doesn't provide me with a tracking number EVER. I have placed many orders in the past and used the Xpress option...and I also got confirmation when it is shipped, but never see a tracking number at all.

Update: 13:20 Feb 7th - my package arrived exactly as indicated by mint.ca and Canadapost.ca My order was placed through my 'mint-rep', the charge went on my credit card on the 5th, the tracking indicated it was shipped the day it was charged - expresspost delivery only 2 days. (however, it was ordered Nov 28th!) So, tracking numbers, when they are supplied, the system works. |

I never get tracking #
If its already shipped, you can phone and they should have it, but I never know when it ships, so it's a waste of my time.

Whenever I place an order with my rep, it appears in my 'order tracking' - the same as a web-order. I'm not sure if that is the 'usual' as I was expressing my frustration that I couldn't keep straight what I had ordered - if all the orders weren't available - since then, All my orders appear in the tracking window, along with tracking details - once they've shipped.
