Hi Bryan,
This is one of those "Mint State or AU?" situations. Your nickel has decent remaining luster on the obverse, but not much on the reverse. The "5" looks dull, so maybe there's some rub there. The strike is weak along the right edge of the shield and I think it affects the right-side leaves as well. That makes it hard to tell if the soft detail there is strike-related or possibly the first touch of wear. The reverse strike is pretty solid. In any case, it's a very attractive type coin. The obverse die cracks are cool.
I'm gonna go with AU-58 on this one. Hopefully I'm wrong and ANACS said MS-63!

Very good looking coin. I don't have a grade estimate for you, but would be proud to have one like it in my 7070.

Really neat die break through the date and a second one on the right side from the lowest leaf to the rim. I'd speculate that a worn die contributed to the light strike in the shield where some lines appear incomplete. There does appear to be more luster on the obverse than the reverse, but is that the lighting and photography? Assuming it is, I'd go MS 62-63. I very much like the visual appeal of this coin. In hand it would be easier to tell if the coin did have light wear which would drop it to AU 58.
