Neither PL or DMPL from these shots, I bet the grade at MS62.

Definitely not a proof or DMPL and unlikely it's PL. One thing I notice is the surface in the most open area of the cheek looks different from the slightly more protected area above the eye. Now I am not sure what is the cause on this coin but possible causes are light wear or light cleaning.
