Looks like a typical clash mark. That is part of the N from CENT on the reverse. Check out this link http://www.maddieclashes.com/TDC-1c-1943-01.html It is one of the most common area for clash marks on a Wheat cent. Still cool.

If your asking if you should send it to a TPG, I would not.
It's a common coin not worth spending the money to slab it.
It is however a cherished family coin. I'd put it in an Airtite ;-)
