I found this coin which looks like it has either been struck through or is a victim of delamination. What do you think?

What is on the obverse at 10:00?

The area in question does appear to be a struck through error.

It does look like a minor struck-through error. Can't quite tell what that mark on the rim at 10:00 is but it almost likes like a minute Cud.

I took some photos of the area at 10:00 which looks to be more like lamination than a Cud. What are your thoughts? Pics aren't the best, but I think they're good enough for identification.

I was wondering if it came from the pot hole on the coin when I saw it. So it may be a lamination? It does fall over the rim.

It goes up to the rim and just about onto the side of the coin. That would be pretty neat if the coin delaminates and then the piece that falls off either gets struck in or stuck elsewhere to the coin.
