These were 1967 dollars hand stamped with a flag image by an individual with a gold glitter ink pad to make them "special".

There is nothing extra valuable about them at all. They have been around for at least 7-8 years.

Around the same time someone was stamping the $2 note with a Polar Bear image to commemorate the 10th anniversary of the toonie.

Again, no extra value - just someone trying to profit from peoples lack of knowledge.
