Nice,had to put on my sunglasses . Must be an early die strike.For sure put that in a hard holder.

I think this IS a specimen coin.
Almost every RAM issued for circulation coin in uncirculated condition has bag marks.

This coin does not have any.

It was extracted from the press individually, and not just allowed to fall onto a pile as it was ejected from the press.
