One of my friends have this coin and the date looks looks like this;



1917-Egypt-20-Piastres

Is this a PMD or not? If not what does it add to the value of the coin?

Looks like PMD to me.
Although this coin would obviously better of without it, it is still a desirable enough coin to have in any collection of Egyptian or World coins.
